Yee haw! They roped us back in with another episode about rodeo! We had such a good time speaking with Charlie McKellips! Charlie is a professional rodeo announcer, livestock transport manager, and rodeo organizer through family-owned business CR McKellips Rodeo.
Charlie walked us through all that goes into planning a rodeo, the keys to rodeo announcing, and how his company handled the COVID pandemic. McKellips also spoke about the rising popularity of professional rodeo, his favorite events to announce, and what it’s like running a family rodeo business! It was so much fun having Charlie on the show, and we hope he joins us again soon!
